Late addendum: This is the video of our day at the beach on Memorial Day (no half-naked me this time, I promise). Mostly the kids playing in the mud to The Killers (one of Amy’s favorite songs), but I had a lot of fun editing it to the song.

We recently went on a family trip to Florida. Spent 4 days at the parks. My Caucasian husband and kids all had sunscreen. Good thing too because I’m sure they would have ended up like you. 
I didn’t use any but I’m used to it being from Hawaii. Luckily I got a nice shade of tan. Real too and not from a booth or bottle.

I forgot to mention how painful even sleeping was in the video. Kept waking up to change position.
hahahahahaha… ok, I’m laughing…. how long have you been on this planet? and you haven’t learned the important lesson of sunscreen??!? I have to admit that I’m diligent when it comes to my kids, but not so much for myself! Fortunately, my olive skin tone tans quite nicely after that first little burn Hope you have some aloe and Vit D oil- that works the best for healing burned skin!

Im pretty sure that if I sit in the sun my “6 pack abs” will be more like those wide blinds on patio doors.. and not in a pretty way.

i dont use sun screen, it increases the risk of skin cancer!. at least you collected some light for vit d conversion!

Scott, there’s mounting evidence that sunscreen containing synthetic chemicals can increase your risk of cancer. Might want to look into that.
