Had to respond to this. Wil lost his gold band a few years ago and it is the first time I've seen him cry in a long time. It meant so much to him. He is now wearing the white gold put on when we married 49 yrs. ago. My reaction? I hugged him, I felt so bad for him. My ring is on a chain around my neck as my finger is too big now.
