The story is interesting,and the mechanics and the techniques they used to paint are fascinating,too. I'm right there with you on that one. An online friend of mine introduced this great community of artists to me recently. Sketchcrawl.com. Every 2 or 3 months, artists around the world get together to sketch their surroundings. The next one is on Saturday, April 11, 2009. Not sure if there is a group of sketchers in Michigan but you could always start your own and give a shout on the forum about it. I considered starting one in New Jersey but I'll probably just join New York City's group instead since I live pretty close to the city anyway. Anyway, hope this helps. And hey, the tentamask lady looks like a good start. :) Tricky pose, I'd say. Happy new year, Scott!
