We finally saw Indiana Jones and the Nursing Home Night Out.
Short review:
“I think this is the wrong movie.”
“Why is Indy’s hair grey?”
“ZZZzzzzz….”
The first two lines were Sun Su’s comments at the beginning of the movie. The last one was Ooseung falling asleep fifteen minutes in.
I hate jumping on the bashing bandwagon and giving nostalgia an unfair advantage, but for far too much of the movie, the kids’ reactions pretty much summed it up.
Still, there were a couple really cool sequences that made you feel like everything was good again, but it doesn’t last. On the other hand, if you liked the other three Indiana Jones movies, how are you NOT going to see this one?
