My wife Amy works as a nurse in a cancer research office part-time. She told me the following story.

“One of my 60-year old (cancer) patients got mugged yesterday.”

“Really? What happened?”

“He was leaving an office building when this mugger told him to give up his wallet.

“The old man said he remembered his oncologist telling him - You just have six months to live. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE!

“So he told the mugger - HELL NO!”

“What did the mugger do?”

“He punched him in the nose and took his wallet. I felt bad for him but I tried really hard not to laugh.”

Gotta love the 60-year olds who are willing to fight the cancer AND the muggers.
